DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLYING TO USA UNIVERSITIES

1. Degree certificate / provisional certificate / course completion certificate Photocopies attested by Registrar / Controller of Exams, given in sealed covers
2. Marks Statement of Degree Photocopies of each semester wise or year wise marks sheets should be attested by Registrar / Controller of Exams given in sealed covers.
3. 10 + 2 Marks Statement Photocopies attested by Principal in sealed envelopes
4. 10th Marks statement Photocopies attested by Principal in sealed envelopes
5. Recommendation Letters (from 3 different academicians of college where the student studied most recently i.e., HOD, Principal / Professors)10 + 2 Marks Statement On college Letterheads, duly signed in each copy and given in sealed covers
6. TOEFL Photocopies attested by Principal. TOEFL ETS score reporting has to be done by the Student to respective University & Department.
7. GRE Photocopies attested by the Principal. Official ETS score reporting has to be done by the Student to respective University & Department
8. GMAT (for Management Programs) Photocopies attested by Principal. TOEFL ETS score reporting has to be done by the Student to respective University & Department.
9. BANK STATEMENT To be given on Bank Letterhead with Banker Seal & signature bearing the date, A/c No., amount should be mentioned equivalent to US $ i.e., Minimum US $ 30,000 (Amount varies from University to University) Original statement should be submitted in sealed cover
10. AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT(This is a sponsor certificate stating that she / he will be sponsoring the student and that they have enough financial resources to bear the total tuition fee & living expenses during his / her stay in that country) Original Notarized on Rs.20 Non-judicial stamp paper & duly signed (The affidavit of Support has to be given by the person who has provided the Bank Statement (Sponsor)
11. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Maximum of 2 pages & duly signed by the student.
12. COPY OF PASSPORT 1st to 3rd Page
13. PHOTOGRAPHS (PASSPORT SIZE) Minimum 4 photographs. Name of the student has to be written at the back side of the photographs
14. RESUME MANDATORY
15. WORK EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE If Applicable
